Hi everyone, I hope everyone had a lovely break and is ready to start the new year! I have put in the last form to be able to have our meetings approved. However, as a one-woman team, I'm starting to struggle with the workload on top of my classes. If anyone is interested in becoming an officer, I would greatly appreciate the help, and I could guide you through the process. Below are the positions we still need to fill.
Vice President- It shall be the duty of the Vice President to:
> Provide aid to the president.
> Help oversee the meetings and club activities.
> Step in when the president is absent.
> Help coordinate event planning, assist with budget, and fundraising.
> Assist in club recruitment and communication
Treasurer- It shall be the duty of the Treasurer to:
> Manage club funds
> Provide a club budget report at every club meeting.
> Receive all funds and process all paperwork in a timely manner
> Keep an itemized account of all receipts and expenditures and track available funds.
